Common questions

• Can't log in? The app uses your Play! Pokemon ID. If we don't have your ID on file yet, register it from the app's login screen or at any event.
• Locked out after PIN attempts? Accounts lock after a few wrong PINs for your protection — see an organizer at an event or email us and we'll unlock it.
• Forgot your PIN? Email us or ask an organizer at an event to reset it.
• Want your account deleted? You can delete it yourself in the app under Settings, or email us and we'll take care of it.
